A new month is at hand and it has been quite a day already.

Our team was providing updates throughout the day on Budget Deliberations in India as the Union (Federal) Budget was introduced by the Indian Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley.    The idea of #Modicare (providing healthcare for over half a billion Indians) was at the heart of it.  Although some analysts underscored the fact that the "Devil is in the details"--Indian Markets reacted favorably to it.

Here in the United States, the memo prepared by Congressman Devin Nunes is the "talk of the town" as there are reports as we went to press here that President Trump has determined that it should be declassified and published not withstanding reservations from the FBI and Congressional Democrats--Reporting is that there is reporting that it is due to be released Friday.   The Ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff, released a detailed letter late last night:
